ausindfest is an innovative initiative by young and enthusiastic Indian cinema lovers living in Sydney to bring Indian films, theatre, music ,awards and Indian spirit to Australia. This year being the debut of the festival, ausindfest is organising International Indian Movies Festival of Australia for Indian movies. The festival will stretch upto 3 hectic days. The festival will screen Indian feature film, short movies, documentaries, red carpet, press meet, exhibition and seminars which will be followed by a concert as a closing ceremony. ausindfest will be an annual event for Indians as well as Australians who have love and passion for Indian Cinema.
This year’s event is open to all Indian cinema directors who would like to screen their films in this festival. ausindfest will host film personalities from Indian cinema and film makers of selected movies to take part in this festival.

He now lives in Canada. Makhsoospuri got his break at the age of 20 when he started writing for Kuldeep Manak. Since then he has written songs and poetry for artists such as Sardool Sikander, Hans Raj Hans, Manmohan Waris and Kamal Heer. He made his singing debut in 1994 with the album Jad Maa Nayi Rehndi.
